I attempted to go to the ‘my data’ section to export the photos and it won’t even load, it’s just a blank screen yet all the other pages work perfectly. I find that odd. They aren’t even letting people export their data so they have to pay.

Like yeah it sucks but realistically they don't wanna store hundreds of terabytes worth of photos. You can always use google photos but it has a limit for each acc

The only reason people still have Snapchat is because of the memories. They’re gonna lose a lot of people from this.

i’m so glad ive BEEN hating snapchat. i got banned a couple years ago and lost most of my memories and it was devastating. had so many pics n vids on there since 7th grade. i have it now for just group chats but it got me into the habit of just taking pics and vids on my phone. that’s never going away at least

i have a ssd with a tb to hold my photos, before that i’d just make new google accounts every time i filled up a google photos account

Idk if this will work but I started sending my memories to myself on Snapchat so you still have access to them just in your saved in chat with yourself
