The truth is many young men (I’m talking like young teenagers to men in their 20s) support Trump purely because they think it’s the “masculine” thing to do or because they think he’s “funny”

I noticed that men who blindly worship Trump or men like Andrew Tate don’t seem to have male figures in their lives that are present with them so they aren’t hard to manipulate

Legit the least masculine and most unattractive thing a man can do 😭😭 It just shows they’re a follower and can’t think for themself, only ever concerned about what other men will think if they stray from it.

Id also say Trump enables the toxic masculinity inside them too. Or it’s their father that supports Trump so it runs in the family. Trump enables his cronies to be racist so makes sense sadly

I believe men are conditioned from birth to be followers (to other men), even though we always have to hear about how they’re “natural leaders” (compared to women). It makes them good soldiers during times of war, followings commands. They play right into what the government wants

I think the men who blindly worship these dudes have very weak critical thinking skills and latch onto figures with a lot of “perceived power.” These red-pilled men subliminally think if they act similarly, they will *also* have that power… which they don’t But I don’t think this pattern of weak critical thinking in red-pilled men is necessarily the result of lacking a “male” figure in their life. I think it’s the result of lacking external accountability from an outside person in general.

They are definitely easier to manipulate! 💯

Idk I would agree with that. Most men I know who are Trump supporters did have male figures present but they’re usually shitty controlling trad wife men who abuse their wives emotionally / financially (often physically) and teach their son that that is normal and ok. I would say many more liberal men often were the ones without a man trying to indoctrinate them from early childhood onward and they actually had an ability to learn about things without an oppressive male figure telling them what

Yeah i would agree with this as well there is so much nuance when it comes to determining why people are the way they are. One thing I noticed from men that I personally know who were die hard trump fans or Andrew Tate fans is that they either didn’t have a healthy, non-toxic male figure or their fatherly figure was toxic as you noted. I feel like when they don’t have a healthy, secure and normal man to look up to they go on the internet and enter these forums. But your absolutely correct as

Well and I don’t mean to infantilize these men cause they definitely know what they’re doing most of the time haha

To add the mistake a lot of parents make is that they assume boys are “lower maintenance” and believe they don’t need to be nurtured emotionally leading to this behavior where they lack a lot of empathy and develop this odd hatred for women
