Honestly I didn’t even know that yall deal with that. And as a black person, I understand because I mean with my ppl we don’t have alot of nationalism and I feel like it’s due to the fact of how America is. I can’t really explain it and when I explain it to others they don’t get it but I definitely agree.

They become so overzealous that when we come here for education and actually converse with them, where like “bro chill”. They tend to overcompensate which leads to extremism

It’s why I prefer to hang either with my countrymen or Americans (especially Mexican Americans, they became my peeps)

Nationalism or patriotism? Because while similar, they are very different animals. The experience of black people in America is a complicated and strenuous one. As a darker skinned Arab, I experienced some of it; but definitely only an ounce of what you have.
