just switch to foods u can eat in bulk (high volume low calorie) and just spam those so u can still eat for fun. u can find ways to make anything fun to eat if ur big backed enough. i lost 4 pounds in 2 months doing this, which isnt a crazy amount but is pretty good considering i still get to eat as much as i want

u should look up high volume low calorie foods to pick ones u like best but here are some that come to mind: strawberries and other fruits, keto bread/totrtillas, salted popcorn, pretzel sticks, veggies, diet soda, greek yogurt (can mix in zero sugar pudding mix or protien powder for dif flavors and consistencies), almond milk, banana smoothies (blended with almond milk to make ice cream), chocolate protien bars microwaved, plain cheerios, and flavor additives to water
