im not the op but i am muslim & i could very well be wrong (someone pls correct me if i am) but i *think* its just bc the quran was revealed in arabic so bc of that we like to use arabic bc its the most accurate & direct translation. as for the terms allah & god there is no real difference, just like theres no difference between god & dios (god in spanish), its just diff languages have diff ways of saying it

Yeah Allah is just God in Arabic, Arab Christians will also call God Allah for example, Jesus pbuh would’ve called God Allaha in Aramaic. Arabic is pretty important in Islam, it’s the language God revealed His final message to mankind in and holds a lot of secrets we still haven’t fully parsed out yet in the Quran, it’s arguably the most abstract language in the world. Islamic scholars will also typically write their works in Classical Arabic

TLDR: yes. Longer answer: There’s Islam in its most updated & final form, which is the revelation that came with the prophet Mohammed pbuh, and then there’s Islam in the grand scope of human history—which was the same message relayed by the likes of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, etc. peace be upon them. Those older messages were distorted & corrupted over time into what modern Jews and Christians follow today. So they worship the same God, but they never got the update and use an old buggy virus ridden

Version of the same software that’s shifted away from what the creator had actually initially communicated. This can be seen through Christianity’s deification of the human prophet Jesus Christ pbuh, Judaism’s tribalistic lack of universality, and both their rejection of God’s final revelation. We share more with these religions than any other, we call them people of the book, we’re allowed to pray in their houses of worship if needed, and worship the same God albeit in different ways

Hardest part is starting tbh, once you’ve go the routine locked in it’s easy. Make a plan to go with a friend and turn it into a hang out/workout sesh!
