I think Mamdani is a really bad candidate who offers things he can’t deliver on to sweep up naive young voters, but I agree with you, trump deciding in a partisan way which cities to fund and which not to fund is undemocratic

I don’t think orange boi has the extent of the power he projects, that’s why we gave the separation of powers in our government. He may be able to sway congress or the senate that does budgeting. But I don’t believe his direct powers can do to much
