people for capital punishment make no sense, they literally never discuss banning lethal injection. it’s the least reliable method of execution—including historical ones—and people who survive it literally have their organs melted. they just have to live with that for the rest of their lives.

though ig it makes sense that the people supporting capital punishment don’t care about the repercussions of allowing government-facilitated executions, nor about cruel & unusual punishment… the high failure rate is directly caused by them contracting companies to make the injections & refusing to hold them accountable for quality control.
