It’s so sad seeing how openly racist people have become within the last few months. And there is no confusion as to why. Still, it really upsets me. It’s hard not to take a defeatist attitude when people are horrible with seemingly no repercussions.

So hear me out. All of those are algorithmically driven for maximum engagement, one (Tik Tok) is verifiably run by a hostile foreign power and another (X) is about 30% disinformation bots. I don’t know the percentage on the other platforms but it’s also high. Essentially you are being fed a steady stream of racist agit-prop by largely foreign actors who have a vested interest in making the American people hostile to each other and divided along any line they can find.

It still doesn’t change the fact that anecdotally, I’ve seen conservatives, under their full government names, say horrendous shit/post racist memes. It’s still happening.

A large number of those are bots. A further number of those have always been doing that and just got fed to you by the algorithm. You can tell it’s not organic by the fact that you’re just seeing “conservatives” do it. Believe it or not the left is just about as racist as the right.

If you want an extremely in depth analysis of this topic check out “Agitation and Propaganda. The battlespace of the 21st century.” On YouTube by a channel called “new discourses.” The guy who runs the channel is a hardcore centrist so you will encounter sharp criticism of your side, but he also aggressively criticizes the right, especially the aspects of the right pushing/falling for this racist sheit.
