u can’t blame everything on trump. when a janitor goes into the bathroom everyday and does clean besides getting the floor wet, using the short staff excuse allows shit work to happen

Maybe shit work happens when they’re short staffed?? Maybe its that one janitor. Idk man but i wouldn’t shit on them until you’ve done janitorial work yourself or done service work for a short staffed organization. It genuinely fucking sucks

That janitor is probably responsible for two to three other buildings and has time pressure put on them from supervisors. If you’re going to complain, at least direct it to those who fail to hire more staff, not the ones who are doing what they can with what they have to work with in the time they’re given.

“Lazy” and we’re talking about someone who pays their bills by cleaning toilets. That’s not lazy, its hard dirty thankless work and yeah maybe they are slacking but the way you’re so pressed and failing to even try to consider why it might be like this is just crazy

and ur attitude allows this to happen. the lack of pressure on the workers trickles upwards. there is no pressure on the higher ups to do ANYTHING about it bc they know the end result is “they r understaffed so it makes sense there is a shit product” instead of pressuring them to hire more workers for a livable wage and workers that r worth a damn
