Its a stimulant and can cause palpitations, yes. If you have too much it can indeed cause serious organ damage (though this is hard to do unless youre panera)

Coffee and soda are also acidic which can cause heartburn/acid reflux which can also resemble chest pain

Yeah. Once I did the 1200mg and no sleep combo and started tweaking like I was on cocaine. 😂 (I couldn’t shut up or stop moving).
