Like an example of what I’m talking about. Whenever Europeans say something factually untrue about America and then the weird amount of Americans who will bandwagon with it and not even bother to fact check the stuff they’re spewing bc in their mind “America is the most evil place in the world therefore anything negative (even if it’s factually not true) must be true” it’s in the same vein of saying “America’s the best place in the world so anything negative is automatically false” both dumb asf

I agree with this and I find it cringe when Americans go along with insults cause majority of the time it’s Western Europeans just being elitist and calling Americans dumb. They never actually address issues in America that affect marginalized communities cause they don’t care and they themselves are racist and extremely behind.

That’s the annoying part bc so many of the things they try to dog the US on is something that also exists in multiple European Countries (plus Canada since they somehow always end up involved), so it’s clear it’s just some weird mindset they have bc they do the same thing
