Terrifying way to die but tbh I’d rather feel nothing than burn or drown to death

I was thinking about this yesterday. They were vaporized before any physical crushing could take place. The air compression made enough heat to vaporize them before the walls/water could touch them. Like a fire piston or diesel engine. "Vaporized" in the most literal sense. Not "obliterated" or "destroyed" but quite literally heated to vapor.
