(Also for anyone concerned yes I know some nose sprays are addictive, a: these two aren’t (azelastine and Flonase) and b: I’m currently getting allergy immunizing shots and while I wait for that treatment to be done (3-5 years) I was prescribed these two sprays along with continuing to take the Zyrtec I was already taking)
