I love owning a horse because he just got new shoes and then lost one of them kicking the fence when the hay cart was rolled by.

Mine lost hers at a horse show the moment she got of the trailer bc she tripped. I cried at the farrier station.

If it helps here’s a story from the non-aesthetic side: my horse tried to kill me in my lesson today then proceeded to run me over while I was shutting her stall door so that she wouldn’t run in while I was putting on her blanket, all bc it’s cold out 😭 full 1200lbs into my already long-term injured shoulder 🥲

I get that. I know they can be dangerous and temperamental but I also think they're very beautiful and unique. everything comes with pros and cons
