5’7 and 150 is considered a healthy weight. If you don’t have a good diet that could cause the cholesterol issues. You could be out of shape but there could also be be something underlying that makes you so exhausted (also not everyone is built for running)

I’m very skinny fat, also diagnosed with prediabetes. I try to cook healthy stuff too but I also stress eat easy to make stuff quesadillas or chicken over rice or avocado toasts or eggs
