Also doesn’t help when some of the vehicles with the brightest stock headlights are on lifted trucks that shine directly into my windshield

I’ve had to stop flashing ppl bc they end up putting on their ACTUAL high beams and I’ve been completely blinded to where I had to pull over. There needs to be regulations that lights can’t be that bright

They should fully be illegal. Its super dangerous and can kill people (if they cant see and crash). Trucks in general need much heavier regulation, especially with the risk they pose to children and people in general

Like they NEED to make adaptive headlights that point down or something to keep them from blinding oncoming drivers.

And god forbid you crash into one, a car can only crumple and protect you if it’s being impacted by something at the same height as the hood.

By default headlights are pointed straight instead of down. The top of the beam should be in line with the hood. Nobody adjusts them, not even dealerships

I actually think they should be adjustable because not everyone is always around other cars but default automatic when you get in should be down I agree, and then just every time
