As an agnostic- IF there is a “creator,” they obviously don’t give two shits about us, and that’s okay. We don’t give two shits about the single-cell organisms living on our fingertips- so why should our “creator” give a shit about us?

There’s a great song by Aurora you should listen to it’s called Infections Of A Different Kind. It plays on the idea that IF a god exists they clearly cannot hear us all.

i see what you’re trying to say but those two examples don’t go together. we did not create the organisms living on our fingertips so ofc we don’t give af about them. if someone goes out of their way to create something, they will care.

That is not true at all. The amount of things I’ve created in my life… scripts, screenplays, photography, cinematography, characters, etc etc the list goes on. And yet, I only care about a select few of those things. The only biological thing I *could* create is a child, and even then, MANY parents don’t give a flying fuck about their children.

How? Parents not caring about their children is about the best example I could give in terms small-scale creationism. So if a parent could be neglectful of their child, what makes you think a god wouldn’t be?

You still didn’t explain how my example was invalid.
