Your post won’t be taken down. It’s not restricted language unless you’re threatening to do it to someone And you’re purposefully misrepresenting the question of the original trial and insanity pleas in general. Is it genuine ignorance?

It’s not ignorance, I’m explaining that the issue here isn’t a mental health concern, it’s about whether or not she’s guilty. Serial killers are often suffering from depression as well, they black out, see red, whatever. And they kill people. Why is Lindsay different? Why aren’t other murders given the same leniency that she’s receiving. I’m a woman who also has mental health problems but I don’t go around killing my loved ones

I don’t take tons of different medications that interact with each other. I don’t visit a new doctor every time a medication doesn’t work for me. All of these actions led to her psychosis, it didn’t come out of nowhere

If serial killers want to argue insanity because they blacked out, they could. However if it keeps happening over and over again they lose credibility. Lindsey was only one instance. The biggest issue with inanity pleas is you have to admit guilt first, so many people choose not to go that route. And those who do less than 10% are successful. You’re being ignorant by purposefully misrepresenting the trial. The question was never did she do it. It’s should she be in jail or institutionalized

She doesn’t have schizophrenia or a mental disability, these are usually the instances that warrant insanity pleas. Again, it’s not ignorance when I’m telling you that everyone who supports her is a hypocrite because she’s a mom. It’s hard to believe that a mom would murder her three children. Either way, she deserves prison if she killed her entire family. This wasn’t one instance, she didn’t go crazy and kill one child, this was three instances happening right after the other

Oh god you’re just stupid. Ok listen, if you truly believe behind reasonable doubt that she is guilty of murder, based on facts and evidence presented in court, and opinions expressed by expert witnesses during the trial and not just what the internet told you to think, by all means. Move to her area, qualify for jury duty, pray you get selected, and find her guilty. By ALL MEANS, go ahead. Until then, stop acting like you know anything about the legal process while spewing misinformation lmfao

I honestly don’t think she was in psychosis tbh. I genuinely believe based on the evidence that this was calculated and she was tired of being a mom. Plenty of parents don’t deserve children but every child deserves a loving parent. I would never be picked for jury duty because I’d be seen as biased. You would be too. Hope this helps
