Our “bad periods” have been from when the country was founded to a little bit of world war two, then a blip of “i guess we’re okay”, followed by another bad period comprising the cold war to the present day 🫩

However, 1) Like most people in this country, I’m broke as fuck and can’t afford to leave 2) Even if I did leave, America would still be committing atrocities abroad.
