Keep applying. Look at small companies too. 3 years of management experience (from hotel management) is an asset. Your gf has a point that seasonal work doesn’t really show a clear path, but if you’re absolutely miserable in hotel management maybe you need a change. If you can’t get interviews, go to a subreddit to review your resume. 3 YOE should be plenty to get your foot in the door for more attractive entry level or associate level positions.
