People really gotta stop panic buying. Why the fuck do you need 4 gallons of milk for a weekend of snow? Much less 5 cases of Dr Pepper. Texas people really have the smallest brain

i think most people are having flashbacks to 2021 when the state power grid blew and we had a week of no power 😭 at least thats what i would think since im that way. people died in my neighborhood from lack of resources and access to heat so i understand panic buying

It's cause y'all can't handle snow, most natives don't have any experience driving in even slightly snowy roads

It’s completely understandable given previous circumstances. But looking at the forecast for the next week, we’ll be in the 40s. Enough for people to literally drive back to the store for anything they need replenished. I work in a grocery store, and the amount of packs of TP going was insane. Seeing 3-4 every other cart 😭 I get it but like damn yall chill out, do some thinking and research

it’ll only be the 40s for yall??? dang it’s forecasted to go into the 20s where i am. and i saw somewhere that north parts of texas could reach the single digits 🤷🏽‍♀️ i get what you’re saying tho (4 rolls of tp is insane 😭), im just a cautious person LOL better safe than sorry

Yea, Saturday & Sunday are the worst two days. Both being below freezing with a high of 30 and 24, lowest it’ll be for me is 12. I’m truly curious to see how it’ll be this time & hopefully Texas has learnt their lesson from last time 😂. Hope you and everyone else stay warm and safe with power this time hopefully
