I find myself screaming into the phone sometimes. I have to actively remember how loud I am. I am adhd, I heard that’s a symptom

i scream into my phone and it’s on speaker. but i genuinely would not know how loud i am except for some of my friends have affectionately let me know. it’s a hard habit
