
Literally nobody says that about pasteurisation 😭 The biggest reason ppl drink raw milk is for the health benefits that get killed off during boiling. They know there’s the potential to get ill and they do it anyway, js like people who eat raw egg. And even though I’m gonna drink pasteurised milk, milk in the store is not “just boiled” cmon now.
a) homogenization is equally unrelated to nutritional content of the milk, its literally just making the fat globules smaller and more evenly distributed, b) the "synthetic vitamins" are just vitamins D and A, they're not like. bad for you. vitamin D is added bc it helps calcium absorption and A is usually added just to skim milk, to replenish what is lost when they remove the fat. what health benefits are you talking about
