I need them to get the hantavirus under control because you have to take blood test to find out if you have it and doing that multiple times out of the year sounds like hell

God I hate getting blood tests. When they draw my blood I can feel the emptiness in my arm before they relieve the pressure cuff

Regular hantaviruses spread from rodent to rodent. The strain that was on the boat is the Andes variant that is spread from infected rodent droppings that goes on a person's skin etc. Its not as communicable as COVID is and there isnt any other breakouts happening other than the infected people on the boat.

Wrong; Andes can transmit human to human without droppings. You need to do more research.

Well you paraphrased horribly because I read from the CDC too. Human to human transmission is what's special about Andes. All strains of Hantavirus transmit from droppings to humans
