oh I wasn’t making an excuse. I for 1. am not interested in that job. 2. that job wouldn’t benefit me BECAUSE of the color of my skin, I would not be made to feel comfortable in that position. I have had many opportunities and jobs where I will be and FEEL welcomed, that are also what I want to do! I will continue to thrive in places that fit me 🥰
