She panicked at the other officer trying to open the door without sufficient warning (just as the other officer had a panic reaction to her car moving). Also…the officer who shot her drove away from the scene…so I could turn that question back around and ask why he would flee the scene if it was perfectly legal.

There was plenty of warnings. Watch the video with the sound on. Why was she blocking the road? Why didn’t she just listen?
