If they are mostly centrist then they can’t be bordering alt-right, thats far right extremism. Either they are already a bit right leaning or they are bordering the right wing

Idk your beliefs, but as soon as my best friend started going down that pipeline (in a different way) I warned them, they didn’t believe me, so I dropped them entirely. Im not keeping a friend that chooses to be an idiot or a piece of shit. All you can do is talk to them and try to get them out of all that crap

Just sent a very risky message to them. Tried to be empathetic (basically just asked how they were and said i was worried about their recent posts) but i have a bad feeling

The last times ive even hinted at this topic theyve lashed out so im not super hopeful, which sucks because they were a good friend before all of this.
