You have to keep in mind though these are still humans with a brain that cannot be controlled and trained 100%. There is still going to be some part of the brain that reacts in fear/ anxiety/ confusion. Just because they’re in law enforcement doesn’t mean you can program them to act a certain way through training. They are not robots they are people and sometimes people mess up.
