It’s been kind of rough, but it’s not hopeless. What field are you in? In general, target small companies. I’ve found it’s easier to get a foot in the door and actually talk to a human. ATS will filter you out immediately without experience, so try to avoid the massive companies and don’t waste your time. You’ll need a good resume. Consult r/engineeringresumes for advice on that front. Apply everywhere you can find. It’s a numbers game at this point.
