
It’s going to feel like that for awhile. Grief has its way of being completely paralyzing. Feel the feelings, cry, scream, do whatever you need to feel. Don’t push the grief down because it’ll be much worse in the long run. The grief never goes away, you just get used to it being there and in that, it gets easier. I’m sorry for your loss friend. 💛
I’m so sorry.I wish someone had told me this early on so I’ll tell u if it at all helps ❤️ Something tht helped me so insanely much while dealing with grief was creating, anything from painting to dancing, not for other ppl to see but for me to release what I was thinking/feeling in a healthy way. Sometimes I couldn’t even figure out what I was feeling but I knew how to create it.The opposite of depression is creation.Even if u feel numb, you’ll be amazed at the beauty that can come from pain❤️
