Do you not recognize the distinction between literally enslaving other human beings and saying bad things? Not that any of the things the left says Charlie said are actually true, but even if he was a literal confederate apologist murder isn’t the justified response. Equating the two is logically baseless and completely psychotic to boot.

And the claim that he “said things behind closed doors.” Isn’t valid, in the sane world we call those rumors. You shouldn’t trust rumors because more often than not, like in this case, they are lies.
