I noticed my female character feels much more complex and interesting than her Husband who’s supposed to be a main antagonist for the MC. Anyone wanna talk about ideas for that?

Mind you these characters are main-ish characters in a way. The character is the MC’s Mother and I don’t intend for her to be a full on villain but more of a half antagonist and half beam of hope for the MC But her Husband is 100% meant to be a complex Villain but I lost interest in him in favor or everyone else
