just an btw— i won my appeal 🤩 didn’t end up getting kicked out for cheating since i didn’t do it. BUT i failed the class because i couldn’t submit my final pending the investigation so my program kicked me out anyways :(

i was kicked out of my certificate program for cheating, i got an automatic fail of the class and kicked out. expulsion is on my record (this was a first time offense). do you think if i were to apply to a community college to finish they’d let me in?

they said there were reports i didn’t do the work when i had the proof on my end, ended up being a software error that they didn’t uncover until after the complaint was filed against me

i’m not returning to the program regardless of the outcome because i don’t want to be at a school that makes careless mistakes like that that implicate my future, my attorney is on it and wants me to get reimbursed for not only the software and the school but for future reimbursement for any classes i was planning on taking

So fair. I’m not a confrontational person but I’d be at someone’s office or in someone’s email everyday until it’s fixed. Glad you got a lawyer on it :)
