
yea no fucking wonder you’re hungry all the time. gonna get a nutrient deficiency if that’s all you’re eating. low-calorie does not imply healthy by any means, if that’s what you’re going for. healthy is a diverse diet of fruits, veggies, meats, clean carbs, and good fats. fat is essential, mind you. believe it or not, the occasional big mac would actually improve your diet with how terrible it currently is.
honestly go for it. fast food is really only bad for you in excess, the occasional trip is incredibly unlikely to cause any negative health effects. heck, i’ve been eating fast food after my workout nearly every single day for the last 7 months and my recent blood work came back perfect.
