WTF is happening??!? Why am I seeing actual commercials made entirely by AI? I don’t want that soulless shit on my screen. Just come up with the ideas yourself and hire someone to make it happen! Ruining the environment and for what? Not making any money?

I mean yes? Ads are kind of apart of TV? Sometimes I like some commercials or if it’s really good, once in a blue moon, I’ll tell someone about it or what it for myself. But the blatant use of AI for something that they could’ve filmed or animated is what’s making me mad. It’s taking away jobs from others and plagiarizing art from artists’ work

Exactly this^ it’s sad to see AI replacing teams of people that create an Ad. I don’t love watching them but they at least felt a bit human and like effort was put into it and since AIs replacing it unapologetically while maybe even plagiarizing people’s faces and ofc artists is disappointing. I’d expect better. Not great but not an AI prompt The company’s that do this I don’t want to buy from it’s a huge turn off
