I think the same could be said for trans people. Why do you care what is in between someone’s legs and what they do with it if it doesn’t concern you directly??

yeah bc theyre kinda dehumanized when theyre put on a pedestal like that. bc their life is so “public” people forget that theyre allowed to have privacy, and are actual human beings. which is why i dont idolize celebrities, i just think “hey a cool person who does cool stuff. good for them.” and move on

I mean, this example is a bit different- Jojo claimed she created a new genre called “gay pop.” So she was definitely using her sexuality as a tool, which is indicative of her own vanity. I’m speaking more on celebrities whose sexualities people speculate about.
