You're probably still in a deficit. You are always burning calories whether in motion or stationary. The healthiest way to gain weight is a get out of that deficit while focusing on hypertrophic workouts.

Is there a specific way I can get out of the deficit? Also im searching up hypertrophic workouts and im kind of confused on how they differ from typical work outs. Is it with smaller/lighter weights for longer reps? Or am I getting that mixed up?
