Avoidants, whenever you’re dealing with something, internally or externally, do you become distant with your partner even though it has nothing to do with them?

Yes- often not intentionally. I also tend to under communicate in those times, as I often think it won't benefit the situation and that it's just something I need to work through.

Yknow the feeling you get right before you jump off something tall or get into a cold pool? Imagine that feeling every time you think about interacting with someone. Its weird and definitely unhealthy (im seeing a therapist for it), but its entirely my problem and has nothing to do with the other person.
