Sooo messed up that exercise and eating right DOES help you feel physically better. Even with the other shit i have going on its nice to feel like i accomplished something and for my body to feel less fatigued

Lol eating right absolutely wreaks havoc on my body and exercising causes severe post exertional malaise and fatigue
