I totally get that, you guys are on totally different pages in life at our age 7 years is a big difference, you definitely need to voice your needs and make sure he understands where ur coming from

my heart set on is out of state for me but also not in the state he lives in. I wan this to be a decision about me and what I want. I have 7 younger siblings and it has never been about me. He brings up the idea of me doing grad school online or attending one near him. I don’t understand the rush, I’m 22 and he’s 29. I get that he is ready to start a life but I’m not in a rush

You need to focus on you and your goals. Because what happens if he breaks up with you? And you’ve put your life on hold for him? Also that age gap is worrisome. Yes you’re both legal adults now but he’s 7 years ahead in terms of goal and plans for his future. How long have yall been together?
