I watch a financial assistance show on YouTube and it’s ALWAYS the people making 6figures that are in the worst amount of debt and end up having to declare bankruptcy

No, it means you have debts you can’t reasonably pay back bc the minimum payments supersede your income or you couldn’t afford to eat otherwise. It mostly means it’s always the “well off” people who are living exorbitantly outside their means
