Female bodies have a larger liver, spleen, and a more robust immune system than their male counterparts, along with a specific kind of fat around the lower belly, thighs, and hips. This helps to prevent death by bleeding out of giving birth is traumatic (the spleen stores red blood cells), and when breastfeeding, the immune system can fight infection in an infants body by analyzing saliva that passes through the nipple, creates a specialized immune response, and then passes the antibodies,

Added vitamins and nutrients back to the baby to help it recover. Also the fat in the thighs, butt and hips is used last by the body as it is rich in energy, nutrients, and building blocks to be used only when breastfeeding. That’s why some women can be very thin but have large hips or thighs despite dieting and trying to lose it

The fat around the flanks and lower belly, sometimes called a “pooch”, protects the internal organs. Evolutionarily, a woman dying may also result in one or more children dying as well, so the entire female body is engineered for survival of herself and all her children. The more children she has, her body collects fetal cells and retains them as a dictionary on how to tailor the breast milk for specific gene combinations and protect her from disease that the children may also catch.

Women also have a much, much higher pain tolerance than men. Though they can feel pain earlier than males can, they can endure it for longer and generally report that the same level of discomfort is less painful than their male counterparts. They also fight infections better (think of the whole “man cold” thing), and generally feel less unwell as estrogen and progesterone stimulates an anti-inflammatory response in the body.
