My anxiety, ptsd, and trauma is terrible and genuinely nothing I have tried has worked. Idc how crazy it is drop in the comments things yall have done for it, I am willing to try anything at this point regardless of how crazy it sounds

Total sobriety (that means caffeine and nicotine too), regular cardiovascular exercise, 8+ hours of sleep per night, regular non-digital social contact with other people, deletion of all algorithm-based apps (Insta, TT, YY, etc)
