I HATE those dreams. Or when I’m super down bad I dream of my teeth falling out or being pulled out over and over and over

Once, I dreamed I was in an armed standoff with my uncle who’s a state trooper. I ended up killing him and it was one of the worst feeling ever. Woke up anxious and with a certain tension in my chest.
