Imagine if Trump showed even an ounce of guilt or remorse at any point. Like imagine if he just ONCE said, “I was wrong, and I apologize.” Just imagine how fuckin’ crazy/out of left field that would be. That’s how you know how terrible of a human he is.

To the other peeps defending trump in the comments - nah, OP is dead on. We’re all adults here. Who fucking cares? Own that you botched covid and all the rest! I voted for trump but after the Reiner post, damn - dude needs to REIGN himself in, stop making every thing abt himself, and honestly stop posting in general and get to work

It’s about public image if he says that it will be harped on. He’s trying to keep things hidden as much as possible or pretend it wasn’t him etc. even if he did feel regret for him to say it would be an admission of guilt and bad for his image

Okay? Who gives a shit if “showing admission of guilt” is bad for your image? Sometimes people do things that are “bad for their image.” That’s what being human is. His unwillingness to admit when he’s done something terrible is proof that he is just a bad person.

I’m not disagreeing necessarily but I’m just letting you know it’s never happening and also isn’t a good look for our country for that to be the truth even though it is. President is the figurehead he’s trying to keep things under wraps either selfishly or for the countries look. Just sharing a perspective

I’m just tired of people making excuses for bad behavior. If we justify abhorrent behavior just because “it’ll hurt his image,” then that shows we’ll tolerate pretty much anything. Including closely associating with child SAers.

See that’s how I know you support him. You think he’s protecting his image for “the greater good.” That’s how people felt about Hitler, btw.

Yeah I mean obviously but that’s not what it’s about it’s about image. Don’t focus on trump put more effort into bringing general awareness. That’s more important than people who now are making it a polarizing issue which is dangerous this should be a separate United front. I personally get very enraged that lots of sa stuff happens within families and moms are like oh but your uncle was so nice that didn’t happen etc. I think public’s reaction is just showing how little people care or unde

Dude you’re dumb. I’m not a trump supporter I didn’t say that I’m saying he has people that manage his image it would be stupid for him to address anything specific in office. Trump is not hitler educate yourself

Also if you want to talk about h1tler there’s a reason he was able to take power because people agreed to a degree with what he believed he was capitalizing on a weak spot in society. Political figures that suck are the result of a weak conforming society, not the cause

He may not have admitted the atrocities that hitler did, but he certainly has the same (if not worse than) moral code that Hitler did. The only thing stopping him from committing atrocities is the backlash that would befall him. You clearly do support him if you’re making excuses for him being a shit human.

I will say if it weren’t for instant mass communication, the UN, and strongholds set in place post-WW2, Trump would commit the atrocities that Hitler did, if not worse. His character alone shows that he shows no empathy for others, and never feels basic human guilt.

If he has nothing holding him back, he would be mass-murdering Honduran immigrants. It’s just in his character. He shows no genuine regard for human life and views people as “beneath him.”

I, too, am curious- what about Kamala made her the worse option to you?

She had no policies really - her website didn’t even have them posted til someone called her out for it. Then, she started policy farming like an ad for fix everything. Also, she hadn’t been in the primaries so didn’t feel right that she wasn’t voted onto the ballot. Finally, she wudnt stand up for women’s rights in sports and bathrooms as a woman herself

The fact y’all still don’t understand that Kamala WAS voted on in the primary and that’s WHY SHE WAS ABLE TO RUN INSTEAD FO BIDEN is baffling. You’ll let the leopards eat your face before you try to dare understand something outside of your decided wheelhouse.

I’m gonna ignore the second half of your statement, because it’s a culture war non-issue used to rile up dumb people- that said, she was very clear about her policy positions from the start, so I find your point confusing. What makes you say she didn’t have any policies?

Hey. Hold up. They asked why I thought she was the worse option. I gave it. No need to get riled up. The election is history now. Chill.

Those were my reasons at the time. I didn’t think she had any real policies bc she didn’t do a great job of articulating them. Also she was saying that our economy was doing good when I was paying almost $3 a gal and we’d got needlessly involved in two wars. The fact that she didn’t see that as issues was concerning to me

You paying $3 a gallon is anecdotal/not indicative of the economic state of the country- that said, the president has virtually zero sway over market fluctuations- in fact, one surefire thing that makes the market more difficult for the working class is unnecessary tariffs which are, over time, inflationary and paid for by American consumers. Not to mention, those wars you mentioned are still continuing under Trump… So again, what’s the real reason you preferred Trump over Kamala?

To me, the price of everyday necessities like gas and groceries is indicative of the economy. And yes those were my real reasons. lol. Also, if the President has “no sway” over the market, then according to that logic, tariffs should not affect the market either. You can’t have it both ways.
