We are called to preach the gospel. The verse you’re referring to is speaking against public displays of prayer, giving, and fasting for attention. Mark 16:15 commands followers of Christ to “go into the world and peach the gospel for all creation.”

if you’re actually Christian you know that you are supposed to flaunt your faith. you’re supposed to spread Jesus to everyone. that’s literally what God wants us to do. love Him and love others, spread His love to others.
