Is anyone scared of death, not someone dying not me dying right now but the face that there is a small possibility that there is nothing forever. What can I do to cope. I tried religion but I can’t get past the “faith part”
Read the Stoics. “Before I was born I was not and I did not care. After I die I will not be and I will not care.”

i have actually always liked the idea that there is nothing afterwards. i believe it’s like how you were before you were born. you are completely unaware, its just nothingness idk. sounds kinda nice sometimes.

faith isn’t about religion

I guess what I meant to say is I have a lack of it. Sadly, I just don’t believe that a being created the universe something that it was higher if that makes sense.

that makes sense i have been through that as well but what you have to realize is that everything is too perfect to be coincidental and your experience is significant. you are the observer. that in itself is divine and can give you faith in your own purpose, whatever that may be

have faith that you have a purpose and everything will pan out for you so smoothly that you can’t help be acknowledge the existence of something greater. Let the experience come to you don’t allow others to tell you how to get there.

have faith that you won’t die until your purpose is complete

then, death becomes synonymous with success and completion and there should be nothing to be afraid of :)

I like your thought, for me, It’s almost the opposite. I’m terrified of the fact that I never knew and will never know after. I am simply an observer right now. It freaks me out. If that kind of makes sense.
