i wouldn’t think so if you found a partner that understands and is willing to compromise, or you hire a baby sitter

If you have a good relationship with family then consider having them help. It takes a village ya know

Find a high quality day care (it will cost nearly what your mortgage will). Your kids will be better off for it. And while practically your entire salary will be spent on daycare, you will not have to start over career-wise.
