If they had a lick of common sense they would realize that in order for Byler to happen, it would mean Mike would have to be shown struggling with his sexuality as well. Like, Will being gay and in the closet was an arc that took seasons long, and they are convinced they are somehow gonna squeeze in Mike having his in the finale.
