I mean I’d disagree. We still don’t 100% know how Kay got involved but it seems like it was post upside down creation. If the upside down is gone, would she have even cared enough to continue the experiments? Brenner got involved bc he was emotionally tied due to his dad. So if there is no threat to earth anymore, I find it hard to believe that cycle would continue over and over again but that just my opinion at least
